Cena dopravy – Česká republika

Doprava na adresu stojí 185 Kč u objednávek v hodnotě nižší než 1230 Kč. U objednávek v hodnotě 1230 Kč a více je doprava na adresu zdarma.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather or customs. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us at contact@generalsupport.work and we will help you.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
